When will you ship my items?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Heavenly Divine Co sends all products from our warehouse in Denver, USA!

Your item may take 5-7 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the post office has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or Fedex.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate parcels to ensure the fastest possible delivery times. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

What is split shipped?

If an item is not in stock when the order is placed processing will not begin until it has arrived. If you order multiple items the order will be split shipped and items in stock will be sent first; then when the others are in stock they will be sent separately.

Is your website secure?

Yes, our site is secure. We use secure socket layer (SSL) on all our pages. Your data such as your name, address, phone number or credit card information will be encrypted and is safe.

What are the payment options available?

Currently, we support PayPal or Credit Card payments. If you prefer not to provide your credit card information on our page you can alternatively use PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make a payment by entering your credit card details through PayPal by clicking "No PayPal account? Pay using your credit or debit card".

When using our own credit/debit card payment gateway, you can pay via Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not support Discover cards at the moment. If you want to pay with your Discover card, please use the PayPal payment option.

When using PayPal as external payment provider, you can pay with your PayPal balance OR with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. You do NOT need a PayPal account to pay with your card. There is the option to check out as a guest.

What do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charge is $4.95 for all orders. All orders over $50 are shipped for FREE! Please note that some products require a shipping and handling fee. We do inform our customers on the product page if a shipping and handling fee applies. The shipping and handling fee is calculated at time of purchase and depends on the number of items you order.

 

How do I change my delivery address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize at "support@heavenlydivineco.com" and advise us that you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address.

Why didn't I get a tracking code?

You will receive an email with the code and tracking link once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Is shipping included in the prices?

If product name includes 'free shipping', then you won't need to pay for shipping. Not every product has free shipping.

Why is a shipping fee added to my order although it says 'free shipping' on the product page?

This might happen if you order several products because our shipping fee is calculated on a product basis. Most of our free give-away or penny offers include a shipping and handling fees that you still have to pay even if you order another product with 'free shipping'. 

Can you cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment. Please contact customer service to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

What is the return policy?

Where is my order confirmation?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our customer service team.
