First, let me ask what you are doing about the first order of 10+1 of the silver and which you indicated was delivered to my mailbox and which I never did receive and then I wrote you about it and you have never rectified this problem and then I ordered another 10 silver of which I did receive and pleasantly pleased with the quality and arrived in time for my grand daughter’s Bridal shower and each recipient was very thrilled….. please either refund the cost of the first order not received or send me the 10+1 silver…..
